Introduction

In thousands of animal experiments in France in the 1960s and '70s, Antoine Prioré used scalar electromagnetics to cure terminal cancers, infectious diseases, and restore suppressed immune systems. Government funding was cancelled in 1974, and the technology was suppressed.

Much of what we learned about the system had to be reconstructed from fragments of accounts from various individuals, as the inventor had passed on. Another complication was that the inventor himself did not have a clear understanding of the method of operation of the machine, and put it together as most inventors’ do: on a purely intuitive level.

Thomas Bearden arrived on the scene somewhat late in the game, but Priore was still alive at that time, and still engaged in a legal and ethical fight with the French medical establishment, who considered his machine to be unpopular and a threat to the profit margin of the pharmaceutical industry, as it still does today.

Bearden arrived at a working theory for the machine and published this in his provisional patent in 2001. This theory involved something he termed “the porthole concept”-the idea that mitogenic radiation, primarily in the UV region of the spectrum but also involving other frequencies, carry information about the quantum state of the point of emission. Using phase conjugation, Tesla’s “Invisible Wire”, we can phase lock into the wave emitted, and change the quantum state at the point of emission.

Tom Bearden places 20 years of research into the Public Domain to stimulate redevelopment of scalar EM healing (the “Porthole Process”).  Application of the “Porthole Process” can potentially cure cancer, AIDS, SARS, anthrax, or ANY cellular affliction in 30-second treatment. Genetic diseases can be similarly treatable.

Since the phase conjugate replica (PCR) wave has negative entropy (this is substantiated in the publications of Pepper and others), it can reverse active entropic states seen as disease in the organism. The PCR wave can also carry information into the cell nucleus that was not there originally, and do correction on inherited genetic damage, thus reversing birth defects. This takes much longer than surgery, of course, as the new tissue conforms to the morphology of the corrected genetic structure. Once the organism is finished with it’s reconfiguration, the condition is permanent unless another signature is needed to “tweak” the structure. Thus the horrible birth defects caused by radiation and chemical damage can be corrected.

An initial test with PCR irradiation of GMO corn shows this is possible, and the artificial genetic modifications were reversed back to normal. Priore also noted that mice that were treated seemed more youthful. If the genetic damage theory of aging is correct, then the PCR would also correct for the distorted standing wave signatures that occur over time. Pepper noted that when an image of a cat was passed through frosted glass to deliberately introduce entropic distortion, and that image went through a phase conjugate mirror, the resultant image showed the original image of the cat minus the distortion. PCR devices are currently being used to correct for phase distortion in fiber optic communication lines for this same reason.

Therefore it is not unreasonable to assume that we are looking at a regenerative effect induced through the phase coupling of the Priore device, as plasmas are known phase conjugators and transducers of transverse into longitudinal waves.

However, the influence of magnetic and electric fields on organs, tissues, and cells has been further investigated during the past 30 years [Ottani et al., 1988; King, 1999; Funk et al., 2009]. EMF is reported to influence a wide variety of biological systems such as bone, skin and hematologic. For example, several in vitro studies have suggested that EMF affects the cellular physiology of many types of human cells [Masiuk et al., 2008; Sullivan et al., 2011]. In physical medicine, particularly, low frequency EMF has been applied clinically for early healing of wounds and certain musculocutaneous and musculotendinous lesions. However, most of these clinical studies are based on experience rather than scientific evidence.

Recent protocols based on electromagnetic fields have been developed as non-surgical and minimally invasive treatments of tumors. In particular, short electric pulses can induce important non-thermal changes in cell physiology, especially the permeability of the cell membrane. Including the unique ability to selectively kill tumor cells without harming normal surrounding tissue.

Nanosecond, high-voltage electric pulses (nsEP) induce permeabilization of the plasma membrane and the membranes of cell organelles, leading to various responses in cells including cytochrome c release from mitochondria and caspase activation associated with apoptosis [T.B. Napotnik et al, 2012].

Pain has been relieved by electricity since ancient times, at first by means of applying live electric fish to the tender areas to cause numbness. But once frictional machines were found to produce electro-static electricity (Franklinism) in the mid 18th century the use of living organisms was discontinued.

By the late 18th century Galvani had discovered the fact that frog muscle tissue responded to electrical currents however he believed the electricity came from the tissue. Volta discovered a chemical means of producing electricity from the first form of battery or voltaic pile after repeating Galvani's experiments in order to show that the muscle twitching response was due to an external source of electrical current. This discovery led to the medical use of direct current (Galvanism). Its ability to cause necrosis by electrolytic means was employed in the destruction of tumors in early years. This was through the production of sodium hydroxide in the electrolytic process.

Galvanism was also applied to needles, hence the first form of electro acupuncture pioneered by Berlioz and Sarlandiére. When the needles were inserted into hair follicles, it was found that through the electrolysis of saline that the production of sodium hydroxide would cause necrosis of the hair root. This is still being used today as a cure for hirsutism, or excessive hair growth, known as the “Wolf Man Syndrome”. For the first time the combination of electrotherapy and oriental ideas about needling were brought together. Furthermore these early experimenters showed how stimulation of the nervous system brought profound relief from pain. In the early 19th century Faraday's work on the production of alternating currents and his understanding of electrolysis provided medicine with advancement from these early forms of Galvanism.

A variety of safer alternating and interrupted currents (Faradism) have been employed in electrotherapy ever since, particularly in the form of electro acupuncture, TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Neural Stimulation) and Dorsal Column Stimulation. The popularity of electrotherapy fell during the early part of the 20th century, as no one knew how its effects were obtained. However now we know how different nerve fibers respond to different frequencies and amplitudes, and electrotherapy permits the modern practitioner to stimulate the nervous system in a number of different ways to induce the selective production of various monoamines, amino acids and peptides in the central nervous system.

During this down period of electrotherapy, two notable investigators experienced success in their experiments, only to have their life's work ridiculed, destroyed ultimately suppressed, Royal Raymond Rife and Antoine Prioré.

Rife was a California scientist who during the 1930s, invented a powerful optical microscope in order to be able to see living bacteria, viruses and fungi that he suspected to be causing a range of illnesses. He found he could see the individual pathogens better by illuminating them with a light frequency that matched their own resonance frequency and causing them to glow. When he intensified the frequencies, he observed the pathogens either bursting or going inanimate. This led him to create an RF driven tube 'beam ray' device that could weaken or destroy various pathogens by energetically exciting destructive resonances in their constituent chemicals. Rife's claims were ultimately discredited by the medical profession in the 1950s from pressures arising from the growing pharmaceutical industry and their ties to the FDA. He died in 1971, penniless and embittered by the failure of his devices to garner scientific acceptance.

In France in the 1960s and '70s, Antoine Prioré used what is now called scalar electromagnetics to cure terminal cancers, infectious diseases, and restore suppressed immune systems. Government funding was canceled in 1974, and the technology was again suppressed, due to the same mechanisms as in the US

Nikola Tesla

Nikola TeslaTesla’s contribution in the late 1890’s was profound. He hypothesized that electronic waves produced by lightning discharges could have significant benefits for human health. He developed the Tesla-coil and “magnifying transmitter” to excite the atmosphere into producing the unique energy structure of natural lightning; and, part showman, Tesla often engaged in sensational personal demonstrations of electrical phenomena to illustrate his ability to harness its energy safely. In a more advanced and important refinement, Tesla constructed an impulse-stimulated magnifying coil system with an elliptically shaped output terminal to selectively generate negative ions, which he determined to be best suited for electrotherapy.

Tesla maintained that these blue light streams and radio frequency (RF) electronic wave therapy in general could, in principle, make it possible to minimize aging and disease.

In 1932, Tesla’s noninvasive electrotherapy was publicly acclaimed before the American Congress of Physical Therapy. At a 1932 New York City seminar, Dr. Gustave Kolischer announced:

“Tesla’s high-frequency electrical currents are bringing about highly beneficial results in dealing with cancer, surpassing anything that could be accomplished with ordinary surgery.”

In 1893, Nikola Tesla described in a magazine article the remarkable effects upon himself and his assistants resulting from their exposure to the action of alternating currents of exceedingly high voltage and frequency during some research work. He prophesied that when electrical oscillations were fully understood and applied by physicians that a universal healing agent - one which would so increase the vital energy and resistive reaction of the human body as to enable it to throw off all disease. The high frequency currents, in short, act as vitality boosters - no other form of electricity will do this. Galvanism, Faradism, Static electricity are all valuable agents in the hands of the Electrotherapeutic specialist, but have little direct action in promoting cell vitality and growth, as do the high-frequency currents when properly applied

Dr. Alexander Gurwitsch

About this time, another important, though seemingly unrelated, advance was the pioneering work in cell biology of the Russian histologist, Dr. Alexander Gurwitsch. In the early 1920s, Gurwitsch discovered the “mitogenic” wave communication of vital information exchanged between living- cells with bio photons. Gurwitsch coined the term mitogenic, using as root-words “mitos,” meaning thread, and “genic,” meaning caused by a gene, to identify the vital nature of these inter-cell communications. His experiments showed that ordinary (non-quartz) glass could prevent living cells from exchanging such vital information, explaining the later remarkable success of Dr. Raymond Rife’s tuned-light, biophoton approach to electro medicine, described below.

Georges Lakhovsky

A decade or so later Georges Lakhovsky, a Russian physicist living in France, employed Tesla-coil electrotherapy in successful treatments of plants and patients with cancers. With some assistance from Tesla’s publications, Lakhovsky designed and manufactured his own multi-wave ‘Tesla coils” and, by 1925, wrote one of the first books on this subject: “The Secret of Life”. Its third edition cites numerous case studies in Italian, French, English and American hospitals. We highly recommend you read this book.

Dr Royal Raymond Rife

Raymond RifeNot long after this, Dr. Royal Raymond Rife, a research physician at the University of California at Riverside in the 1930’s, took up the clinical torch.

Dr. Royal Raymond Rife was a brilliant scientist and a hero in our time. Rife was a San Diego scientist who during the 1930s, invented a powerful optical microscope in order to be able to see living bacteria, viruses and fungi (pathogens) that he suspected to be causing a range of illnesses.

Claims by Lakhovsky and others of astounding medical cures attributable to Tesla’s noninvasive electrotherapy intrigued Rife. As a physician and scientist, Rife reasoned that specific disease pathogens could be identified by their unique resonant response to a variable-wavelength light source. To test this thesis, he invented a device he called the “Universal Microscope,” which itself provided insight as to the central role of the light spectrum of electromagnetic energy in living tissues and disease. He used this device to conduct microscopic studies of a patient’s living blood and or diseased tissue cultures, before and after treatment. The 1944 Annual Report of the Smithsonian Institution published a brief description of how Rife’s Universal Microscope worked:

“Between the source of light and the specimen are subtended two circular, wedge-shaped, block crystal quartz prisms for the purpose of polarizing the light passing through the specimen, polarization being the practical application of the theory that light waves vibrate in all planes perpendicular to the direction in which they are propagated. ...Now, when the portion of the spectrum is reached in which both the organism and the color band vibrate in exact accord, one with the other, a definite characteristic spectrum is emitted by the organism. ...The virus of the Bacillus thypous is always turquoise blue, the Bacillus coil always mahogany colored, the Mycobacterium laprae always a ruby shade, the filter-passing form or virus of tuberculosis is always emerald green, the virus of cancer a purplish red, and so on.”

The first clinical work demonstrating the efficacy of Rife’s system in the treatment of cancer was completed under the supervision of Milbank Johnson, M.D., which was setup under a special Medical Research Committee of the University of Southern California. 16 cases were treated at the clinic for many types of malignancy. After 3 months, 14 of these so-called hopeless cases were signed off as clinically cured by the staff of five medical doctors and Dr. Alvin G. Foord M.D. Pathologist for the group.

In the 1950s his work was totally suppressed by pressures arising from the growing pharmaceutical industry and their ties to the FDA. He died in 1971, penniless and embittered by the failure of his devices to garner scientific acceptance.

Antoine Priore

PrioreIn the 1960's and 1970's in France, Antoine Priore built and tested Electromagnetic (EM) healing machines of startling effectiveness. In hundreds and hundreds of rigorous tests with laboratory animals, Priore's machine cured a wide variety of the most difficult kinds of terminal diseases known today. Enormous experimental evidence has been gathered to support the claim that EM therapy has a positive effect towards many diseases including cancer, leukemia etc.

Priore documented complete remission of terminal tumors and infectious diseases in hundreds of laboratory animals. Unfortunately, this pioneering work was suppressed because of hostility of the oncology community, change in the French Government, lost of further funding and at the time the inability of the scientists to hypothesize the mechanism for the curative results.

Antoine Priore and his research team used a tube containing a plasma of mercury and neon gas, and a pulsed 9.4 GHz wave modulated with a 17 MHz carrier frequency. The original Priore plasma tubes were heavy, expensive and labor intensive to construct. The original Priore technology used plasmas for mixing which is highly inefficient, with only 1% of its energy being emitted as longitudinal components. It had a low power density and the magnetically activated plasmas take up a large volume, the tube that Priore was using took up a large fraction of the building!

Note: The Plasma Health Theraphi avoids these issues and uses solid-state emitters/mixers at a fraction of the cost. The design is robust and easily transportable, without the fragility of noble gas tubes. New solid-state VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) devices shrink the physical volume and production costs even further.

PrioriPriori

Later, thousands of animal experiments in France in the 1960s and '70s, Antoine Prioré used what is now called scalar electromagnetics to cure terminal cancers, infectious diseases, and restore suppressed immune systems. Government funding was canceled in 1974, and the technology was again suppressed.

The machine, built at the University of Bordeaux by Antoine Priore, a 62-year-old electrical engineer, was originally used to kill micro-organisms that produce rot in fresh vegetables and fruit. Subsequently, it was reported that wondrously beneficial effects on experimental subjects were obtained by the radiation emanating from the machine.

The primary use appears to be in cancer treatment of animals, where a large number of cures have been claimed, as described in further detail below. Of course, human treatment of cancer was the final goal.

The story of this remarkable work began in 1944 when Antoine Priore noticed some oranges which had been left in a room next to some electrical equipment. These oranges remained in a fresh state while others not near the electrical equipment became rotten and putrid.

This anomaly intrigued young Priore to explore magnetic and electromagnetic effects on various plants. One of his earlier experiments was the exposure of lentil seeds to a magnetic field of 225 gauss at electromagnetic frequencies of 80, 32, 3 and 10 Hertz.

This caused the lentils to grow 12-15 centimeters in length as compared to only a 5 centimeter growth for controls not subjected to the same treatment. The effect proved similar for asparagus, tulips, and other plants. Hens’ eggs were then exposed to the same energies which brought about hatching in 19 days as opposed to the normal 21 days.

The machine was reported to be comprised of the following:

  • A large plasma tube excited by 430 V
  • A magnetron oscillator (9.4 Ghz, 40 Kw peak), which pulsed on for 1 micro-seconds at a rate of 1 Khz
  • Two high frequency oscillators (17.6 Mhz and 15.8 Mhz)
  • A magnetic field (1200 G) which confines the plasma and which is pulsed at a rate of 50 times per minute. (G = Gauss a measure of magnetic field strength)

The magnetron and the two high-frequency signals are mixed in the plasma so that the 9.4 Ghz signal is modulated by the two high-frequency signals. The magnetic field at the table, where the subject is located, is about 600 G. A second machine was also built which was capable of producing an active magnetic field of about 1200 G

Several experiments had been carried out. Some of these are summarized below:

1. A cancerous tissue was grafted to laboratory rats. Twenty-four control rats died within 22-30 days. In those rats which had been exposed to radiation to the magnetic field from Priore’s machine, the cancerous tissue was either completely absorbed, or, if the treatment was begun after cancer had started to spread, had regressed to the point of total cure.

There were no observed bad side effects and there was no recurrence of the cancer.

2. A different and highly malignant strain of cancerous tissue, leukaemia, which can cause death in as little as two weeks, was grafted onto laboratory rats. Again, exposure to the radiation in the magnetic field resulted in the complete inhibition of growth of the cancerous grafts, or, if the disease had started to develop before the treatment was begun, to its total regression.

3. Mice were inoculation with a microscopic blood parasitic (Trypanosoma equiperdum) which causes sleeping sickness and death in short time. The course of the experiment could be followed closely by analyzing blood samples taken daily. All control animals died by the fifth day. Mice exposed daily to the radiation and magnetic field survived (38 out of 46 animals) with complete disappearance of the parasites from their systems.

They also developed a specific immunity to further infection. Animals exposed some days before inoculation appeared to have developed an immunity.

4. Rabbits, which develop a chronic illness when inoculated with trypanosomes from which they usually die after several weeks, were tested with the radiation in a magnetic field with the same positive results as described above.

A twenty-man commission composed of well known men of science, medicine, law and other professionals, had begun investigations into the claims made for this mystery machine. They have been able to report experimental findings, but have not been able to provide an explanation of the workings of the Priore equipment.

Funding was provided by the French Government to construct a third and more powerful machine which cost 3.5 million dollars. It was called the M-600 and functioned for about one week until a huge tube in it exploded. Due to the inflation rampant in the early 70’s, the replacement cost would have exceeded one million dollars which was felt to be too high to continue the project. Later research using cancerous tissue yielded partial or total remissions when exposed to these energies. Similar reports of tumor regressions were obtained by Kenneth McLean with the use of a 3000 gauss or greater magnetic field. Later tests made by Biraben and Delmon using a field strength of 4500 gauss on T-8 tumors had not the slightest trace of remission. This showed that there was obviously something besides a magnetic field at work.

Tests made with the Prior machine on cancer tissues always caused total remission in all tissues exposed to the peach blossom violet color which the machine emitted. The machines of Antoine Priore were dismantled shortly after his death in the early 80’s.

Time will tell whether mankind has stumbled on a revolutionary scientific development.

Thomas Bearden

BeardenIt as not until the 1990’s that the American Lt. Colonel (retired) and brilliant scientist Thomas Bearden clarified important components concerning regenerative medicine, phase conjugation, longitudinal waves, EM therapy, Delta cell forces, and the process of Cell Memory Reversal (frequencies that make the cell remember being healthy and non-cancerous). Tom Bearden placed 20 years of research into the Public Domain to stimulate redevelopment of scalar EM healing which he called the “Porthole Process”.  He wrote about the application of the “Porthole Process” could potentially cure cancer, AIDS, SARS, anthrax, or ANY cellular affliction in 30-second treatment. Genetic diseases can be similarly treatable.

Much of what we learned about the Priore system had to be reconstructed from fragments of accounts from various individuals, as the inventor had passed on. Another complication was that the inventor himself did not have a clear understanding of the method of operation of the machine, and put it together as most inventors’ do: on a purely intuitive level.

Thomas Bearden arrived on the scene somewhat late in the game, but Priore was still alive at that time, and still engaged in a legal and ethical fight with the French medical establishment, who considered his machine to be a threat to the profit margin of the pharmaceutical industry, as it still does today.

Bearden arrived at a working theory for the machine. This theory involved something he termed “the porthole concept” the idea that mitogenic radiation, primarily in the UV region of the spectrum but also involving other frequencies, carry information about the quantum state to the point of emission. Using phase conjugation, Tesla’s “Invisible Wire”, he wrote about how to phase lock into the wave emitted and change this quantum state at the point of emission.

Therefore, it is not unreasonable to assume that we are looking at a regenerative effect induced through the phase coupling of the Priore device, as plasmas are known phase conjugators and transducers of transverse longitudinal waves.

BeardenThomas Bearden writes : “In extremely simple terms, suppose you "squeeze" (pump) a little particle of nonlinear mass with spatial-energy (normal) EM waves at certain frequencies, and then "tickle" the rhythmically squeezed mass with a separate little EM wave that you input.  Oddly, the energy in the "pumping" waves will be transformed into a strange kind of "backwards traveling" or "crawfish" wave that backtracks the path that the little input wave took.  In short, this strange "time-reversed" wave in essence is in magnitude some fraction or amplification of the input wave, and it propagates back along the path taken by the input wave, even if the input wave itself is already "gone"!

Thomas Bearden continues his explanation: “Here is the magic in the Priore process:  If we pump (squeeze rhythmically) a living cell in the TIME domain, we pump every part and point of it simultaneously.  So we produce an amplified "time-reversal force wave" on each and every part of the mass-energy comprising the cell.  The miraculous thing is that we then precisely "time-reverse" the entire cell and all its parts including the genetics itself, back along the previous path through time that the cell took in having changes occur to it; such as diseases and damage! Not only can we amplify and time-reverse the energy in a normal EM wave, but we can now also amplify (shorten the time required to change) and time-reverse the energy comprising a living mass. We can gradually reverse the damaged or diseased cell back to an earlier physical condition, before the damage or disease was there!  The cell itself gradually physically changes. That is the basic mechanism, uncovered by this researcher, that every living biological system uses to heal itself.  That is the final mechanism that Becker so ardently sought and so closely approached in his epochal work, and that is the mechanism that was responsible for the astounding cures achieved by the Priore team in France in the 1960s and early 1970s.”

Many of the experiments and tests were done by prestigious members of the French Academy of Sciences. Robert Courrier, head of the Biology Section: and Secretaire Perpetuel, personally introduced Priore's astounding results to the French Academy. The operation of the Prio
